The Bertie Bassett costume includes a one-piece long-sleeve top with Allsorts style body, long sleeves, attached red gloves and black walking cane, just like the real Bertie Bassett.
Also included with our sweet Bertie Bassett fancy dress costume is a coordinating pair of black trousers with an elasticised waistline, straight cut leg and attached Allsorts shaped shoe covers. Worn over your regular footwear, it crafts to look of Bertie's feet.
Finishing touch for one of our absolutely favourite fancy dress costumes is the Bertie Bassett face mask; it totally completes the Bertie Bassett fancy dress costume and boasts a big mouth, hat, eyes and huge nose. There are plentiful eye holes so your sight will not be compromised while wearing the costume.

Bassett's liquorice allsorts has perhaps one of the most recognisable mascots in the world today. The Bertie Bassett costume is in fact comprised from shapes of the sweets. Bertie Bassett was created by John McEwan and was unveiled on January 1st 1929 and has featured in advertising for the company ever since.
