The royal cape is flowing and makes this costume look fabulous.
Aragorn's Lord of the Rings shoe covers are worn over your regular shoes or boots and create the look of actually wearing his regal boots. They are held in place with an elastic strap.
The finishing touch is the gloves which are a medieval style gauntlet and finish the costume perfectly.

A little about King Aragorn:
Portrayed in all three of Peter Jackson's the Lord Of The Rings movies by actor Viggo Mortensen, Aragorn was born on March 1st, 2931 of the Third Age and was named after his ancestor Aragorn I, and was the thirty ninth generation of the heirs of Isildur. Aragorn is the king on Gondor.
