The Lord of the Rings costume includes a tunic that is a replica of the costume worn in the movies. It is a long sleeve garment which looks better when the image is enlarged.
The cloak and belt are also replicas from the Lord of the Rings movies. Detail is prevalent throughout the stitching and complements the costume superbly.
The Legolas boot covers are worn over your own footwear and create the look of wearing the Legolas boots. They are held in place using elastic straps and look good.

A little about Legolas:
The character Legolas from the Lord of the Rings trilogy was played by actor Orlando Bloom. JRR Tolkien's book featured the elven character who was also known as Legolas of Mirkwood and Lord of the Elves of Ithilien. He features in The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers and The Return of the King. Legolas is also known as Greenleaf.
